Pitched and executed a bevy of graphics-driven explainers and interactives about the 2016 campaign and presidential transition. Also assisted with our response to breaking news and led graphics coverage of the papal visit to America. Identified ways to improve team workflows and the promotion of our content. Was recognized with several Society for News Design awards of excellence and featured in Best American Infographics books.

Created infographics and interactives to accompany stories on NPR.org. Collaborated with editors and producers on special projects.

Oversaw page layout and graphics design for the daily newspaper. Planned front-page packages and special projects, trained the staff in basic skills and topics such as alternative story forms and infographics. Our work was recognized by the Associated Collegiate Press with a Pacemaker Award.
